What is The JinxBox?

Jinxbox is an Automated Smart Locker Order Pickup System. To better serve our customers, we have developed a Smart Locker system that allows you to pick up your order at your convenience, instead of scheduling an appointment.

How does The JinxBox work?

• When you place your order, select Jinxbox Pickup as your pickup option.
• When your order is ready, you will be notified and receive a JinxLock number and passcode.
• Your passcode will only work for an 8 hour time frame.
• The JinxBox Lockers are located at: 693 Calderon Ave. Mountain View, CA 94041
• Locate your locker number and enter your passcode into the Smart Padlock
• Retrieve your Order and Replace the lock.

What if I missed my Timeframe?

Simply call or text us at (669) 444-0535 or email us at info@jinxbot.com with your order number, and we can provide you with another code.

I haven’t Received my Code yet.

If you haven’t received your code yet. Your part is most likely not in the locker yet. This could be due to several reasons:

• You haven’t scheduled your time via the Jinxbot Schedular Link
• Weather conditions such as extreme heat or rain
• An unforeseen production or post processing delay
• Schedular or Code email went to spam box

Opening the JinxLock

• The code is in the form of arrows that correspond to the direction lock on the keypad.
• Enter the code as seen on your Code Notification Email to open the lock.
  • There is no need to press the center button after you enter your code.
  • The lock will open if you have successfully entered your code.
  • NOTE: The lock may take a few seconds to recognize a correctly entered code. Please be patient.
• Once you have opened your lock, and retrieved your part, please:
  • Return the Lock and close the shackle.

LED KEYPAD INDICATORS

• Blue – Locked, Communicating, or Keypad Entry
• Green – Open or Unlocked and Waiting to be Opened
• Yellow – Low Battery
• Red – Invalid Keypad Entry

Troubleshooting

“My code dosen’t seem to be working! Please help!”

• Reasons your code may not be working
  • Outside of your Scheduled Pickup Time
    • Please check to make sure you are not outside of your Scheduled Pickup Time
    • Locker Codes Do Not Work outside of their Scheduled Pickup Time
    • If your Code is outside of your Scheduled Pickup Time, you will need to email, call or text us for a new code.
  • Code entered incorrectly
    • If you have entered your code incorrectly, the Keypad LED will flash Red
    • If your Keypad flashes Red, you have entered your code incorrectly
    • Enter your code carefully and correctly to open the lock
  • Too long between key presses
    • If you take too long between key presses, the Keypad LED will flash Red
    • If your Keypad flashes Red, you have taken too long between key presses
    • Enter your code in more quickly to open the lock. (0.5-1 seconds is ideal)
  • Lock Flashed Red with Every Keypress
    • If you have entered incorrect codes, or taking too long between keypresses too frequently the lock will go into Lockdown Mode.
    • If your lock has gone into Lockdown Mode, you need to wait a few minutes in order to try again.
