Jinxbot provided quick turn around. Printing was more detailed than I expected. He gave me some good advice and provided solid expectation management so I knew what I was getting and what I was paying for and updated me with snapshots as the model was being printed. He even gave me tips regarding clean up (the product has a lot of detailed parts so I opted for my own clean up). He had good response times and seems really into 3-D printing in general. His level of competence and enthusiasm is refreshing.
