Our company’s printer broke in the middle of a prototyping crunch and we were able to upload files late on a Wednesdaynight – Jinxbot response was really fast (within 15mins) and also suggested we could pick up the parts in person if we were on a tight deadline. His turnaround was 24hrs – crazy on such short notice!
